OM Yoga Show London takes place at the beautiful Alexandra Palace from 19-21 October. Now in its 15th year, this years is set to be the biggest and best yet! As well as a showcase of exhibitors, and leading yoga teachers taking workshops, there are eleven open class areas offering over 280 free yoga classes throughout the weekend.
Here are our pick of the best classes to go to. For all the free classes, admission is on a first come, first served basis, so we advise to get there 5-10 minutes before the class starts.
