1. DON’T STOP
During pregnancy you CAN do more than yoga. It is perfectly safe!
Just scale things down to suit your growing / changing body.
Listen to your body:
Don’t expect to be able to do everything you did pre-pregnancy.
If you are struggling, slow down!
3. DON’T STRAIN
Understand the anatomical changes your body is going through.
Know the difference between working out your muscles and straining them.
